In short, no. The LS/B16 rods are wider at the top than the GSR/ITR/CTR rods. You can have your LS/B16 rods shaved for these pistons to fit.
Vice Versa is true also. LS/B16 pistons wont work well on GSR/ITR rods as the GSR/ITR rods are too narrow.
EDIT: CTR Pistons follow the same rules as ITR.
